+    <li>Chọn trạng thái "<strong>Nguồn</strong>" cần xem.</li>
+    <li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Click "<strong>Xem"</strong> để tải dữ liệu báo cáo.</span></li>
+    <li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Click "<strong>Xuất file</strong>" để: Tải về máy những định dạng: .xls, .pdf, .doc, .csv.</span></li><br>
